LETS GET STARTED

Getting started with us is easy. Joining a CrossFit gym might seem like a daunting prospect but our process is supportive and we are with you 100% of the way. Here is our step by step guide for making the best decision of your life: 

1. MAKE CONTACT!

To express an interest to start at the gym please contact train@strength-lab.fit or on our social media channels. We will respond as soon as possible and say 'hi!' and suggest a convenient class time for you to stop by for a free trial. We will also keep you with what to bring and what to expect!

2. WALK THROUGH THE DOOR

You will be welcomed into the class by one of our coaches who will take you through a warmup, demonstrate what the workout will be and offer you lots of options to suit your ability so you feel successful but challenged.

3. JOIN AS MEMBER!

Once you have completed your class with our coach the time now is to join our community. Our coaches will discuss the best membership options for you to meet your goals and lifestyle.

4. REGULAR PROGRESS CHECK INS

Once up and running in class our coaches will check in with you via our gym app BOXMATE to see how you are getting on and progressing AND Combined with Coaches Office Hours, you can speak face to face if you have any questions. We are with you on every step of your journey.
