WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit was founded in 2001 and is a fitness regimen that can accomplish any goal – from improved health to better performance. CrossFit is so effective it may feel like magic, but in truth, it’s a formula. A formula that works. It’s the formula for everything we do at Strength Lab, from forging elite fitness to preventing and reversing chronic disease. CrossFit has changed millions of lives and can help you too no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

IS CROSSFIT FOR ME?

Yes. For all people, all levels of fitness. Classes are ‘scalable’ – adaptable to all levels of fitness and objectives. From those wanting to change their lives, those looking for balanced health & fitness, through to competitive athletes, CrossFit will get you results. And you’ll become part of a superb, fun & supportive community too!

WHAT ARE CLASSES LIKE?

Each 60-minute class is led by CrossFit Certified Trainers ensuring you’ll move safely and effectively. Typical classes incorporate a strength section followed by a ‘work-out-of-day’ (a ‘WOD’!). This is where the fun happens, using barbells, dumb bells, skipping, and fully-scalable gymnastic movements! 

HOW DO I START?

Joining a CrossFit gym can sound daunting, but starting is easy and our community of coaches and members will make you feel involved and at home right from the moment you walk through our doors. More info on our joining process can be found here:
