I am 35 years old and had a serious injury last year and now combine playing rugby with CrossFit. Since rehabbing my injury I have seen Huw fortnightly to keep on top of old injuries and niggles. He is knowledgeable and able to combine this with his experience as an athlete to provide a valuable service. Having rehab, training programming, recovery sessions and nutrition advice under one roof is brilliant - allowing me to continue to perform and play rugby when I thought I'd need to stop due to injury.

I had a C6/C7 nerve impingement and was in a lot of pain. Seen Huw regularly has improved both my recovery and confidence to get back into training. Each session is tailored to my current range of motion, strength and progress since the last session. We discuss next steps and recovery planning. Having this service incorporated into the gym is such an asset and I would definitely recommend anyone experiencing any niggles or injuries to get themselves booked in.

Highly recommend Huw. He was really good at assessing what the issue was (confirmed by an MRI) and they're the best sports massages I've ever had. Was reluctant to see Huw at first since he is my coach, but it's been hugely beneficial as he understands my injury really well which transfers into class modifications - all helping the rehab process. If you have any issues get booked in sooner rather than later. Huw will definitely be able to help.

I've used Huw quite a few times for injuries picked up from hockey. Every time Huw has quickly assessed the cause of my problem and provided treatment. He is very knowledgeable and is excellent in communicating throughout. Not only has he helped my recovery, but also advises to help further injuries. I would highly recommend.

Huw is patient and professional. He takes time to listen to all the information (which can be a lot when you're auld and broken!) before thinking about the best solution. He is knowledgeable during the appointment and his experience allows him to suggest recovery exercises. I would not hesitate to recommend Huw to anyone looking for a sports massage or to anyone managing an injury.
